Equipping for greater opportunities

Carlisle Adventist College aims to equip students with a twenty-first century education which prepares them for an unknown world. Technology changes rapidly, so many of our students’ working careers will include careers which currently don’t exist.

Our College offers a program for students in Years 7-12 which is designed to provide a positive and engaging learning environment. As a school, we encourage each student to achieve success in reaching their personal goals. We see our role as a partnership with parents who are working with us from home to achieve the best outcomes for their child.

Our syllabus is delivered by caring and experienced teachers who have a proven record of assisting students to achieve their personal best. The close and supportive working relationship between students and staff provides an atmosphere for individual accountability and achievement.

Work Experience

As part of Careers in Year 10, all students are required to participate in a one week Work Experience placement in an industry of their choice.  Work Experience exposes students to the world of work and what this may look like for them in their field of interest. It is also an opportunity to show them what possibilities are available to them further afield, should they choose to broaden their search.  Work Experience, is an opportunity to develop skills and connections within the community which may be of use to our students in the future.
